When I arrived, 10 minutes before my reservation time . They told me that they did not have any cars available, I was told that I would have to wait until a car was returned. Then when there was a car being returned they did not show any intention To try to get me to use that one, even though I mentioned I didn't mind the car not being vacuumed since I needed to car already , reason why I reserved for 8am. What is the point of making a reservation for a specific time if when you arrive the car is not going to be available. worst customer service I have ever received6.0 Okay

Awesome drop off guy attendant. I wanted to hire him for my company.Cons:
I made my reservations to pick-up at 12pm but I was asked to wait for 30 minutes just to get my turn to get to the the counter, then another 45 minutes to get into the car. Finally I was able to get out of the car rental lot at 2pm very frustrated. The drop off attendant made up for all the short comings of the rental company. Without this guy which I failed to get his name (black american) I will never return to rent a car at Enterprise Cerritos Auto SquareAce Rental Cars
