When I booked a car online, I couldn't specify the exact time of pick-up, so the pick-up time was set at 12:00. I arrived at the OK Mobility office at Gran Canaria Airport at 18:00. The unfriendly lady behind the counter first scolded me for not coming earlier, then said that I would have to pay a "rebooking fee" and that since my car had been given to someone else, I would have to take a bigger car. The fact is, I will never rent a car from this company again.
