Their offices were closed in spite of us having a pickup scheduled. They then made us taxi all the way out to the airport to pick up our car from a different location after we were finally able to reach them. Called maybe 10-15 times on the day of our reservation and only got through once to finally get our car 6 hours after our initial reservation startedFlexWays
