Cons:
Upon my arrival at the airport, the company that operates Dollar in Manaus, Brazil, Thrifty, had it's store closed. I was able to get a hold of the agent that was supposed to be on duty and her response was she didn't see any reservations so she WENT HOME!!! She was supposed to be in the store, no matter what!!! When I asked her to return, she said she would only return within a couple of hours!!!! I could not believe my ears!! So I grabbed my luggage and went somewhere else!!
