There was no car available when we went to pick up. We did not rent a car and this was a terrible inconvenience for us and our family we were visiting. We have asked for a refund of our prepayment.9.6 Wonderful

Clean car, great location (I can walk there from my house), the car was new of course so it was comfortable and the price could not be beat.Cons:
There was only one thing that I didn't like about the rental and that was that it only had one car jack. Made a much more stressful ride because there was no way to plug in a GPS and movies for the kids.10.0 Wonderful

I completed all the paperwork online and thought I would save Some time.........NOT! It didn't, had to do or again when I got there. My rental was a Ford Focus and it had serious transmission problems and there was no washer fluild. They need to do a better.7.2 Good

I had to wait 30 minutes for a vehicle because none were at the rental site. Because the vehicle came from another site it was a little dirty. It also smelled like smoke.Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Pros:
I loved the price and the car itself was wonderful. I enjoyed the technology in the car and also felt less anxious knowing that I did not have to worry about any mechanical issues on my long drive from Florida to Colorado.Cons:
Upon pickup, I was not walked out to the car or given any guidance or explanation about the vehicle, nor was I given any paperwork and none if the previous customers details had been erased from the car settings.ost shocking to me however, was that the car had not been cleaned or sanitized. I found beer bottle caps all over the floorboard and nothing had been wiped down or vacuumed, yet a hold of $250 was placed on my credit card in case I didn't clean it!! In the year 2020 with the Covid19 virus rampant, the fact that the car had not been cleaned was appalling to me. Titusville, FL employees should to be retrained in sanitation.Budget
