I paid for a mid sized suv to go on vacation with my 3 friends. I was given a Nissan Kicks which is a sub compact vehicle. It was so small we barely fit our luggage in. Very disappointed. The lady at Hertz didn’t care and said she had nothing else. Will Never use Hertz again. Poor customer service.8.0 Very good

Pros:
Pick up and drop off were easy. We were moving across several states and couldn't afford the $800 drop off fee for a moving van going one way so we decided to rent a van and take what we could. Not only was the price $1100.00 cheaper, they also had cargo vans so we were able to get almost everything in the one trip. We were able to use our debit card for the transaction and the final bill was the price I was quoted (they did have an extra $200 deposit that was deducted once the van was returned). Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend using this service.9.2 Wonderful

the vehicle was great! new model, comfortable, peppy, road and drove like a dream! The Hertz attendant gave me road info that helped me greatly!Cons:
The Nissan was missing an antenna! not good when driving 7-10 hrs straight. Luckily it has satellite radio The return process at ABE airport was not good. There was no attendant at the return site and I had to go in the terminal for final return of keys and paperwork. I think ABE site will improve because they said the return area was under new construction10.0 Wonderful
