Pickup was very cumbersome. Why do I have to re-give all the same address/phone number/credit card details over the counter that I gave when I made the reservation? The system should have all my details. Just give me the keys. It shouldn't take 15 minutes of back and forth to check each person in. No one can seem to help me. I was promised a 50% refund for the cancelation and I have received no refund whatsoever. Attendant does not answer the phone. I called at different times on different days, never answered the phone. The attendant left the location to wash a car for an 45 minutes.
