No one at enterprise office it was closed No one at fountain blue knew anything about were to pick up car Lost two hours waiting on phone Costumer help n managers totally useless Finally figured out the address was not in fountain blue even though clearly said fountain blue Walked two blocks had to wait on another line for hour Manager at alimo felt bad gave me car for free A for effort but how dose enterprise not know what or were or who to call? They didn’t even have my car. I made reservations on 2 enterprise places and none of them helped me. The service it’s terrible and I would never recommend. Waste of my time going there on a first place. But for the future I know. I will never ever rent from them7.2 Good

I love everything.. we bought a 3 day rental for $50 on an economy size car and got there and was upgraded to. Kia Soul Crossover for no extra money.. what a value!Budget

Pros:
The car was a gas saver and comfortable.Cons:
I got to the place at 8:15am and it was not opened. The sign says open at 8am, but only the car maintenance guy was there and he did not have the keys to the door. He called the manager of that location, and the manager stated that the person that opens at that location had to go to the hospital; I can understand that. I then called Budget customer service and they said that there was a Budget 20 blocks up the road, but that we needed to find a way to the other location. They have a shuttle that goes from the airport to that location, but could not have the shuttle pick us up and take us to the location; which is further from the airport from the location that two others and I, who had reservations, were waiting for. Finally an employee opened the door at 8:55am. The car that I got had damage on it and you can tell that its been in an it. Also, I had to argue back and forth with the maintenance guy for a few minutes to put air in a tire that my wife and I can obviously see was flat. We had to travel nearly 300 miles to our destination and would not take the risk of riding on a flat tire.8.0 Very good
