Renting from parkville. First off its hard to find. They say they provide pick up. BUT only if get more than one person working that day. So i had to take a taxi which sucks. The agent took forever. I watched him as he answered calls, taking phone numbers, saying he will call them back. I laughed to myself because i called the day before. He took my number and never called back. They had one car for me to take. It had dents all over it. I'll rent from budget again. Just not from Parkville10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
Car was not clean and had damage on exterior of car. Kind of embarrassing to drive. Made us walk through their garage in the cold dragging baggage with a baby rather than bringing car to us.10.0 Wonderful

I DID NOT LIKE ANYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I never finalized the rental. I hate their policy. I hate I paid ahead of time. I LOOK FORWARD FOR MY FULL REFUND. I left there HIGHLY UPSET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AND NO CAR......... The staff were not professional, and the place was dirty inside.Cons:
Their policy NEEDS a lot of improvement. The process was a long, drawn out ridiculous MESS!!!!! I felt like I was being FORCED to add collision to my insurance policy, just to rent a vehicle. I have Liability on my personal vehicle. I was NOT gonna pay more money, just to rent a vehicle for the weekend. I EXPECT MY REFUND, AND PROMISE NOT TO EVER DEAL WITH Next car, AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!10.0 Wonderful
