Checked the availability online before I made my plans and booking. They said they had a truck...didn’t get my car until almost 2 hours after my reservation and it wasnt even a truck. They should have given us a deal for our troubles but instead it was more of a oh well this is what you get attitude10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
7 passenger van was easy to drive & blind spot aids were A+. Vehicle was very clean. Owner's overview manual was in glove compartment!!!!! Lots of controls on steering wheel and in unusual places, so manual was helpful.Cons:
The van was delivered 5 hours late! This was a major problem as we had to pick up additional drivers an hour away - their local office had closed, the airport counter could not add them, so we had to take a detour to find an office to add them. And we were not advised the extra fee was $13.95 per day per drier! 2 rear seatbelts did not buckle & one 2nd row seat did not adjust back making for an uncomfortable & less safe ride.2.0 Poor

The car was smacked I get what I asked for, and the condition it was a brand new car but the bumper was loose and when I come in to get it or drop it off around noon the doors are locked and they are gone to deal with customers. If the are a business why it needs 4 employee to deal with a customer?Ace

Trey was great. Very nice and thorough and you could tell he was a hard worker.Cons:
Car value for the money is bad. Car condition was bad. Door creaks like it's going to fall off when you open. Had 89K miles on it. Headliner was nasty with who knows what all over it. Brakes little spongy. Returned it at 5:30, but because it was an hour later than when I picked it up, you charge me for another 24 hour period! I hurried there thinking I would save some money returning early. Will not rent there again.Ace Rental Cars
