I personally located a vehicle at the Plymouth location by calling there. They were able to honor my reservation and were helpful. The whole experience took us Several hours out of our way and was a complete inconvenience.Cons:
Kayak should reconsider using hurts at this handover location. It is understaffed, staff is unqualified and there are no processes in place for improving customer services. Basically, The situation was there are no cars we can’t help you I have no way to get you one so forget it.10.0 Wonderful
