We were up charged an addition $140 because they said our drop off was a different location than the airport. Then when dropped I realized I left my sunglasses in the console and when I called just a few hours later they where gone. Obviously who ever cleans them needed my $200 sunglasses more than me. Hertz would not allow me to be the driver and allow her to pay for it on her credit card.
