Loved the car itself, it was an older version but had all the same features as a 2020 Hyundai Elantra. Enterprise employees were very nice, prompt, and took care of us during both pick up and drop off.Cons:
1.The cleanliness of the rentals needs to improve. I understand how busy it gets but there should be no question when it come to rushing vs cleanliness, especially during Covid-19. 2. I filled out the information online declining all insurance - when I got there they just filled it out how they wanted to and told me they were comp'ing me a day and giving me additional insurance at no cost. THEY LIED. It came up as an additional charge on my CC and I called back - they keep giving me the guys voice mail. NEVER NEVER again. There are many car rental places close to me - I don't have to go to Hertz.Thrifty
