Despite having a reservation to rent a car for a single day in Puebla, when we showed up we were told there was no car available. Then the man at the front desk said there was a car available but it would be more expensive due to local tax. We were okay with this, but he then said we needed to put down a deposit of $5000 usd, which seemed crazy for just one day. He then changed the deposit amount to $88 usd. The entire interaction felt like he was just making up numbers. It felt very sketchy so we decided to forget renting a car entirely and just traveled via bus…..

I will never use nor recommend this site or company again. The person at the counter lied, said that the vehicle that turned in right before we got there had an issue with the tire and therefore they could not rent it to us, but the vehicle was a sedan and I had reserved a van. He did not apologize nor did he even try to resolve the issue, he could care less. So we had to look around to try to find a rental last minute. It was very obvious he never intended to honor the reservation. So although you offer great prices, it all seemed like a scam.
