My flight arrived ON TIME, as schedule, but the avis branch at this airport closed two hours before. I had a reservation that included my flight information. When I contacted AVIS's toll-free number, they simply stated that the branch was closed and there was nothing they could do. I was unable to rent from AVIS, ended up with a large taxi fare to the hotel and a subsequent rental at another company.8.0 Very good

After we dropped off our car, we discovered that our flight had been cancelled and we would have to stay another night in Pullman. When we tried to rent another car, we were dismayed to discover that there aren't any available But the Hertz agent went way out of her way to locate a car for us.
