Never got the car! When I went to pickup the car. The representative told me they were out of cars and they had tried to contact me by phone a couple days prior but the phone number was bad. I understand things happen but I provided the correct through kayak which is pre populated on my account. If would have been nice to receive an email since this issue was know days in advance.2.0 Poor

when i called the office i was directed to, i was told i was too far away to pick up! when i returned the vehicle, i was offered a ride! when i confirmed my reservation for a vehicle,i was unable to pick it up before the office closed, and when i called, i was told my reservation would be held for the following day. when i contacted the office the next day, my reservation had been dumped! i contacted another enterprise office, having asked for their phone number because, apparently, they could not make the call, and was given the wrong number! not long after explaining my situation to the 'other' office i received a call from the office i made the reservation with saying that they would have a car for me. when i got to the office, the car they offered to me over the phone was given to someone else! thats not the way to run a business, to my way of thinking!6.0 Okay

Perhaps a tutorial on use of radio equipment, AC and other features might be helpful, especially to those of us who don't normally drive and aren't up to speed with all the new bells and whistles that cars have these days.10.0 Wonderful

Customer service at this rental agency was excellent, Josh did a great job of answering my questions over the phone and making sure a car was available and ready when I arrived. Local knowledge and history of the area from some of the other employees was helpful and spot on.Cons:

1. Car was very dirty and had stains on the passenger seat and ceiling 2. When I was picking it up, I had to do an inspection in a dingy garage and the guy who took me in my car acted as though I was being unreasonable for wanting to do a walk-around and checking off every scratch and dent before taking off with the car. Because the lighting was so bad, I didn't see many of the scratches and dents until I parked the car outside, which I hope I am not charged for, since I didn't cause them.Rent-A-Wreck
