Did not like that I had to go to another Enterprise location to return the car. I needed a ride home and they no longer take people home after a certain distance. This has changed since November, 2017. Since the other location is actiually closer to me, I will use that one for my next rental. The customer service has always been terrific when renting a vehicle from Enterprise and will continue to use them. I rent a car once or twice a year.7.6 Good

The SUV was clean and full of gas. The people walked me thru the operation of the vehicle and reconfigured the seats for me. I had purchased insurance thru Kayak and it was accepted without question. Overall it was an excellent experience.10.0 Wonderful

I did not notice until later but one of the tires was bald and needed to be replaced. This was very dangerous. I also noticed that one of the tires had already been replaced. The other tire should have been replaced at the same time. Other than that it was a good experience. I will likely rent from them again.2.0 Poor
