Gas hog. Was supposed to have full size car, not Jeep which got less than 30 mpg. Neither USB port worked, using my phone's GPS used all my phone battery before arrival at my destination. Tried to stop at 2 Hertz locations in Dayton, neither had a clue what to do to fix it. One offered to switch vehicles but would take another hour. Couldn't do that or I would be late to my destination.

Pros:

Arrived to pick up vehicle and they told me dogs are not allowed but I already had mine with me. He told me about the $150 fee for cleaning up dog hair. I appreciated the info and made sure it was hair free upon return. Worked out perfectly.

Cons:

Nothing. They even had a windshield scraper for snow in the vehicle.Nice touch.

Pros:

The process was super easy and the staff made me feel comfortable.

Cons:

The cars really could be cleaned better considering what is going on. I was assured when checking in that the car would be thoroughly cleaned but it was clear that it wasn’t. The interior was covered with dirt on the dashboard and the car smelled like smoke.
