The San Bruno office feels like a fly-by-night store front operation. I waited 25 minutes to get my car and the agent at the desk kept saying 5 minutes. She was listening to a conference call training while I waited. I learned about how Hertz wants to handle car damage challenges from clients. Fascinating. No magazines or water. The walls are dirty too. When I dropped off the car nobody was in the office. I banged on the door that led to their garage. Eventually a guy came out and took my car keys. No receipt.
