The car was great and available for us at the airport.

Cons:

The counter was very slow. It took 45 minutes in the line with 2 customers. Checkin could have been a lot better. Also they told us we can fill up gas at airport station when we return the car. When we got there to return car- the gas station was closed.

The service person at San Sebastian airport kept on breaking off while she was servicing me so she can attend to other guests who were waiting in line. She was curt. She was not respectful at all. She did not help me with directions at all. She gave me rental car that was far from satisfactory (Citroen).

Kayak showed an image of the van I was renting, which was a 9 passenger van. However, upon arrival all Sixt had to offer was a small van that could not accommodate six people. We had to spend twice the money and rent another car so we could all fit. We had to pay twice the gas and tolls.
