KAYAK
The worst! I reserved a vehicle and they ended up canceling my reservation because they didn’t have the vehicle I reserved, and of course they were offering a bigger car but charging way more of the price showing online. My original daily rate was $23, according to them, to get an upgrade my rate was going to be $62 per day!!! I wasted half day in Flores because of their incompetence! Do yourself a favor, stay away from them! Don’t waste your time…

Small airport so it’s easy to find their counter once you arrive. They drive you over to the office to do the paperwork. Very friendly people ready to give you info on the area and good places to eat or points of interest.

KAYAK
There was no one at the pickup counter in the airport. I waited (along with a few other irritated customers) for about half an hour, but no one showed up. I called the Hertz number in Guatemala and no one picked up. I ended up just renting a car from some super friendly and helpful guys with their own little company there.
