I reserved a truck at least a month in advance ..I called a week in advance and offered to pay for the rental ...two hours before I was to arrive they called me and told me they didn't have a truck so I called and found one at hertze at the last minute and had to pay over twice the money ....what a way to ruin a vacation2.0 Poor

There was no one at the Avis counter when we arrived at the airport. There was no wind there at all they were closed so I rented from Hertz instead So, just for the record I couldn’t possibly read Avis any lower but I’d like to.10.0 Wonderful
