I didn't get to pick up my car. I arrived at enterprise st 8 a.m. to get my car. There was line around the building. At 9 a.m. they announced they didnt have any cars ready. I stayed in the line until 930. It was extremely hot outside. I was also number 9 in line and they only helped 3 people while I was there5.6 Fair

Thrifty car location was not on Hollywood Ave. So I went to the airport and the Thrify booth was closed with a sign saying go to the Hertz Booth where the man was very rude and told me he did not do third party rentals. So he wanted to rent me a Hertz car completely ignoring the reservation I had and the charges that were paid the day before online and he would not listen to me. He was RACIST and Rude at the Hertz Booth and tried to duplicate charge my card for another rental. He refuse to correct the problem which I was not able to rent a car. My card will be refunded as i recurved a letter saying it would.Cons:

I can't remember renting a car and being charged a mileage fee above and beyond the base price, taxes and other fees that are usually included in the quoted total. Even then, when I was presented with the "estimated cost" that substantially exceeded the price quoted on Kayak, Avis was only "estimating" 80 miles @ $0.30/mile when the rental agreement clearly stated that the car would be returned at a location >300 miles away! Very deceptive on both Kayak and Avis' parts! Thankfully, I had the option of driving my own vehicle and the reservation was cancelled.10.0 Wonderful
