The fact that kayak didn't give my number to the rental and they told me they didn't have a car so I had to scramble to find a rental for that same day. What made it worse is I had made the pick up for 5 and most places were closed by then.9.6 Wonderful

The staff gave away our reserved car because we were a little late (but within an hour) for our reservation time, without contacting us to verify our situation. Consequently we had to take the only available car, which was more expensive and less well suited to our needs (2-door rather than 4 door, limited back seat)8.0 Very good

When i get there the girl tells me my card got decline, which its obvious i have money, tell her to run it again and same thing decline. My boyfriend gave me his card and she said"we will need to put everything under his name and you wont be able to drive the car" and we said fine. His card got accepted and signs the papers and we go outside to get ther car. We see the car it has several dents as soon as we open the car it smell bad like they left sea food in the car and the car was really dirty from the inside. Then we turn on the car it said maintenance required. We drove to san antonio and the wipers didn't work and they were scratching the window and the light for the wiper fluid turn on. I got charged for the car and i wasn't able to drive it and i never sign a paper saying i gave permission to get charged.4.4 Mediocre

I was on a trip and had to do a oil change on it so i call the rental co. They said it didn't need it but it was flashing lights and maintenance flashing had to pay out of pocket to get back .Avis

Car seats were stained and smelled like cigarettes. Some maintenance lights kept flashing on and off while driving. Windshield also had a crack in it. Had minor scratches on the outside of the car. I liked the car and service overall.2.0 Poor
