Pick up and drop off was easy, no wait. Car was good enough.Cons:
The opening time for the office is 7:30, so I had to have the car an extra day to get on the road early. If the office was open at 7:00 would have been better. Also, I had hoped the car was a Mazda 3 because I have considered buying one, but they only had another vehicle.7.2 Good

The staff was great, the vehicle was better than expected and the price was very good.Cons:
The location was very difficult to find (poor signage) and tucked away from main roads making it harder to get to from the Amtrak bus drop off. Better signs and having a pick up service would have been very helpful.10.0 Wonderful

Cons:
I only had a debit card, no notes were given on needing a actual credit card online ( unless you are flying into SB airport lol) but was told that the down town location would take debit. ( which makes no sense.) Desk person would not help call downtown location to see if they had any vehicles like I had reserved at the airport location. Not willing to help.
