The car was a beautiful brand new 2020 model. The interior was sparkling clean and the exterior only had a few chipped paint spots. The car drove smoothly and fit my wife and I’s need.Cons:
The staff at the pickup location was rude. Was not friendly and could’ve made the process of checking in for the car for enjoyable and less stressful.8.8 Very good

Cons:
No one was at the location when I needed to drop off the vehicle. It was extremely unprofessional for no one to be manning the desk during spring break. It’s one of the busiest times!! I needed to get back to the airport right away so I couldn’t sit around and wait for this person to return from the hour long lunch break. In addition there wasn’t even a voicemail set up when I tried to call. And no drop box for the keys. I’ll never use this location again.6.0 Okay

Staff was very unfriendly and was supposed to go to lucnh from 1:30-2:30 according to sign but took lunch from 12:00-1:00 instead and there was no sign to let customers know even though the staff knew we were coming back to drop rental off. The office inside when he finally showed up when we went inside was full of fire ants by desk area and all over seating area and we got bit up by the fire ants it is infested disgusting. I would say for sure something needs to be done about this place and also when we received the rental it was not clean there was trash in the door area and it was not vacuumed. I have two kids with asthma and my husband had open heart surgery last year and with this COVID going on they should being cleaning a lot better and they would not help us at all get another vehicle or give any money back!!!!Cons:
You could start by cleaning vehicles, being there when you say and sign says so, calling customers back and a refund would be nice for me with what I went throug on our last time with you guys!10.0 Wonderful

The Hertz office location needs better signage, including directional signage. It is in the back of a large car dealership and repair facility, and while there is a small Hertz sign under the dealership sign once you get in the parking lot you have no idea how to find it. I had to go into the dealership and ask and I still drive around for several minutes before I found it.2.0 Poor

The staff was not friendly at all. The lady, Tracey, was extremely rude and disrespectful. She has no people skills, and is against LGBTQ and showed discrimination. I will never return back to this location. Tracey needs to be removed from this job. She was so mean, I have never ever experienced anything like that at all. She failed to explain anything to me.Cons:

The pick up and return was very difficult. When I originally picked up the vehicle very little information was provided to me. The lot for the business is extremely small making any pick up or return challenging. When I went to return the vehicle I could not even get into the lot. I had to park across the street and wait approximately 20 minutes to even have the opportunity to pull into the business. While I waited , I attempted to call but was either placed on hold immediately or sent into a phone tree that resulted in being able to leave a message only.Thrifty
