They called me the day of my rental and left me a message that they didnt have a car for me even though I had a reservation. Never made any effort to try and help me otherwise. I tried calling back numerous times and never got through. Ended up having to rent with a different rental agency who could accommodate me and at least acknowledge me.7.6 Good

I have no complaints about the car or service, everything went fine. What I don't like is that I couldn't change my car reservation until I canceled the original. When I rebooked to shorten my rental days it actually cost a lot more than it would have if I had just kept the original reservation. All I tried to do was drop a few days off the total, pick up day was the same! I feel cheated.Enterprise Rent-A-Car

This car rental folks called me a week before my trip to confirm that I was still travelling. Then they called again two days before I travelled. And lastly the day of travelling. When I went to pick up the vehicle, the customer representative realized that the trunk was not completely clean. So she picked up the vacuum cleaner and vacuumed it herself. Personally I think that's what good customer service is all about.Cons:
