People at this location understood the issue and were apologetic and they tried to wave the charges on the rental, cause strictly speaking even they felt it isn't worth in me paying money for the rental.Avis

Well they did try to help however... (see below)Cons:
They did not have the size car I wanted, they said the insurance I bought through the website wouldn't cover the car, they tried to charge me $100 extra for the next size up (no discount forinconvenience, it was just a mess. Ended up cancelling my order this time.Budget

1. Phone of Rental location was out of order. 2. pick and drop service mentioned on website was not available. 3. Inspection Sticker of car was expired. I got ticket of 40 US $. 4. I paid all Tolls but after 4 days $ 14.45 was deducted from my credit card as Hertz toll charges. 5. Took a long time to get car. 6. Only one car was available at the time of pick up. I had booked camry but got another car. 7. The fuel tank was not completely full when i took the car.10.0 Wonderful

Needed a minivan to pick up my daughter and her belongings at college. I got a brand new Kia Sedona with a few thousand miles, with great gas mileage, cleanly car, all the bells and whistles compatible with my iPhone7. Easy pick up, easy drop off. I will rent again from Hertz in Bernardsville.5.2 Fair

Friendly staff, fast pick up, reasonable price, easy drop off.Cons:
The car was a bit uncomfortable, but I rented a compact so I guess that’s to be expected. Also I couldn’t find the outlet to plug in my phone and connect it with the car’s screen. I found an outlet to charge my phone, which was helpful, but I could never get my phone to connect to the car.2.0 Poor

I booked a car online, got to the place at the specified time, and there was no car. Not even a different car that I could rent. I wasted so much time and money ubering to and from the place, and missed a day of work since I need a car for my job. Furthermore, its obvious someone is smoking cigarettes in the lobby- the place stinks. However, the girl behind the counter was VERY sweet and kind, wanted to do something to help but her hands were very clearly tied.Thrifty
