The car selection was terrible. The agent did not walk the car with us in Mosinee WI. She was polite. When we arrived in Milwaukee at the airport. The enterprise representative went on about the bump on the passenger door. I said they told us it was documented in the rental record. He went on about well they have to fix it. We can’t rent this again. I said I’m not paying for this. He explained that we would not be charged etc. why even bring this up to the client? This is an agency concern. With all the trouble I had finding a rental. I am not happy.Budget

The price I reserved the car for online ($151.37) was not the price presented to me when I was picking up the car at the kiosk at the airport ($303.00). Although the attendant adjusted the bill to ($193), but at the end of the week when I returned the car back, the bill had jumped back to $211.51. I rented a car for the Wausau (Wis.) Airport and when I got there they said Budget has two locations and I had to pay the extra fees because my rental was elsewhere. Cost me an extra $100 or so. Otherwise, the counter people were nice and the car was good.10.0 Wonderful

I haven’t received my receipt by email yet. It’s been 24 hours since drop off. I really need my recipes so I can turn it in for reimbursement for work. With AVIS, they email my receipt immediately so it doesn’t slow down me getting paid. But I was happy with everything else7.6 Good

The car was mostly clean.Cons:
Any and all. The rental associate sounded like a used car salesman trying to nickel and dime you. I got inaudible sounds and shoulder shrugs when I didn’t take the “bumper to bumper” coverage, an extra $68/day. The first car I spend 10 minutes packing and installing a car seat sounded like I was dragging a bumper when I applied the brakes. The same associate told me it was because it sat for a week. I told her I’m not trusting my family to a car that has brakes that sound that bad. Car was changed and again she couldn’t help herself, “you could upgrade for another $258”. This was hands down the worst rental car experience. I felt like I was being set up and robbed all at the same time.4.0 Mediocre

The CWA hertz location has different hours then what is posted delaying the pickup. The pickup over all had be to canceled because contrary to hertz website and offical agreement i read over, this location would not rent to me because at this location the minimum rent age is 21. It is not posted anywhere:(. Never again.....2.0 Poor
