Pros:
I rented a minivan for the weekend and received a great price on it, which was discounted when I paid in advance. The minivan was very clean on the inside. Pickup and drop off were very easy.Cons:
First, the rental agreement gave an incorrect opening time for the office. It stated that the office was open at 8:00 am on Saturday, but when I arrived there, it said that it was open at 9:00 am, which meant that I had to come back. Second, it was lucky that I had made a reservation because I would not have found a minivan otherwise (another customer asked for one as well and they did not have any). Third, as a recommendation, if you have to get insurance on your vehicle, it is better to pay for it when you reserve your car. While making the reservation, I was offered to pay $9/day, whereas at the office it was $27/day. Lastly, my minivan barely had any gas in it when I received it. That was a minor inconvenience.3.2 Poor

The office at the pick up location smelled nice.Cons:
The location did not have my car size on the lot at the Hollywood location on Pembroke Rd. I took a small SUV: Nissan Rogue as thats all they had. It did not fit me; I'm 6feet 6in and 280lbs. The location said they anticipate a full size arrival the next day by 11am. I called on Friday; they dont have a full size. I had to drive 17miles to the Miami Lakes location to pickup the Full Size car 1 day after my pick up day. I had to delay my vacation. The only compensation I got was a free 1/2 tank of gas or 8 gallons @$2.43/gal which equals $19.44 for all my troubles.Avis

Car was new and clean, check-in was fast and no-nonsenseCons:
Waited for 30+ minutes for someone to come to the check-in desk. The staff member was excellent but she was the only person on staff and it seemed like she was left alone to do all of the work.Budget
