I reserved a van two months ahead of my trip and then one day before the trip Enterprise calls me and tells me that they don't have a car to give me and their solution is that they are going to call me when they have one available. If you make a reservation online you would expect the company to hold a vehicle for you regardless of the demand. The excuse they gave me is that the holidays is very busy and they have no control of what is available. Which is absurd. If you make an online reservation, that should be enough for the vehicle to be available to you at the time of pick up.Avis
