The car drop off location closes before the pandemic started. So after it took hours to get a hold of a real person and get a new drop off location, made me late for my job.

My husband’s credit card had been compromised, and we used one of mine to rent the car. He was not allowed to be on the agreement, and couldn’t drive the car — only me. It was a great difficulty, and spoiled the trip.

Cons:

Location was closed and no one contacted me before. I had to take a $15 cab to another location to get the car with a promise of reimbursement that never materialized. A huge hassle.

Cons:

The car was dirty and clearly not sanitized. With all that’s going on it was a great disappointment. Good thing I had wipes and Lysol to spray everything myself.

Staff wasn’t friendly. No welcome or thank you as I remember. I liked the car. It was clean.

Cons:

A hello and thank you would have been nice. I expected to pay extra for gas when I turned it in but not $10/gallon.

Staff was friendly.

Cons:

I reserved an economy car and the only options available to me were an SUV and a pick up truck. I took the SUV and immediately regretted it - it smelled like smoke, but at this point my only options were to return it and try to cram my family into a pick up truck or wait around until something else became available. Also, most rental car places now have options for paying for tolls when you are traveling across state lines. Not so at this Enterprise.
