All rooms have 32 inch LED Flat screen TV, Microwave and Refrigerator.
The room was clean and neat, no real complaints. Very quiet hotel except for a guest reprimanding his kids.
The free breakfast had minimal items to choose from, the waffles were hard even after toasting them, the only yogart was activa. I was attempted to be rushed out of my room by housekeeping when I had extra time before check out.
refrigerator in the room.
Staff did not provide adequate service with cleaning and towels. They banged on our door in the morning in a disturbing manner and were stingy on the soap. Very poor attitudes.
very conveniently located for business meetings in the area
breakfast is very basic / rooms not as neat as they could be
The room was nicely decorated, very clean and comfortable.
Breakfast was unimpressive - we decided to eat elsewhere.
NOTHING liked about THIS Super 8. The 1st rm was fine until 8:30pm the toilet broke. Called the desk. Got another room. At 1:30am rec'd call from hotel owner waking me up yelling at me. Threat to throw me out and call police for 'breaking' his toilet.
The hotel owner calling me at 1:30am waking me to threaten to call the police, throw me out at 1:30am because he unrealistically believed I broke a toilet was preposterous and humiliating. The equipment in the hotel room failed through no act on my behalf
It was a really bad experience. While we were checking in, the clerk tried to make us feel badly for making the reservation online, instead of in person. He swore we requested a double bed room for smoking. I know I would NEVER request a smoking room. They made us pay an extra $12 for the reservation because nonsmoking rooms cost more. Once we reached our room, the AC wasn't on and the room smelled like MOLD. It smelled like that the entire time. It was a horrible experience and we will never stay there again and will think twice before ever staying at another Super 8.
The price was good, and the location was convenient.
We only stayed at this hotel for one night while en route to the Outer Banks. It was a very decent hotel, no complaints. We didn't explore outside of the hotel much, so I don't know what else was in the area. But it was a comfortable stay. I'd go back again if I was in the area.
The cleanlinessand comfort of the room and convenience of the hotel to restaurants and shopping make it a very worthwhile value for the money. I was not happy with the front desk staff at any point during my stay. They all seemed rude and put out that I was bothering them. One would not even open the window to speak with me when I was checking out during the day, and the transaction was done through the slide. A pleasant attitude always makes a customer happier. The housekeeping staff were very nice. I would recommend this place to others, but don't expect pleasant service from the front desk. I have been to this place before, and encountered the same situations, so I don't think it was a fluke bad day.
Shopping close by, wonderful with pets, would stay again.Very clean and friendly helped with directions , ect.
