Hotel Employee at the front desk upgraded our room at no charge and gave my Mom a senior discount.
Price was to high for what you get.
Could done a little better on the snow removal.
It was perfect for what we needed. Hotel was located in the perfect spot
(Hotel Employee) and the rest of front desk staff were accommodating and amazing
that I could only stay one night and had to come home. Lol
The stay was great all was clean.....calling for a wake up call took some time getting someone to answer had to call three times..
Staff was wonderful, friendly and helpful. Breakfast staff was very kind and friendly, made our day, she was busy cleaning and packing up breakfast items and offered us help with our selections. Pool was great too, a nice break.
not a thing.
The thin walls hearing kids running down th me halls all night.
clean, friendly, and superb breakfast:)
everything was excellent (would have liked the pool a little warmer)
Great staff, clean hotel. I would come back and stay at the Holiday Inn Express without question. Thank you for a great stay again.
They were able to secur an available room for me before the 3PM check-in time. This was a positive because my affair started at 4PM.
No, everything was fine.
The staff is great. Hotel is very clean. I would stay again.
The Holiday Inn is relatively new, which was a plus. They have beautifully decorated rooms and bathrooms. I give thanks them for maintaining the breakfast options well into the latter half of the morning. The poolroom was in had an overwhelming smell of chlorine. I don't know if that's a good thing or if they were trying to hide something. Avoid getting the pool water on your face/nose/mouth, it tastes like salt water. The facility was beautiful in a great spot, not far from shopping/restaurants/the lake. My only problem was that we went the weekend the little league baseball team went. They swam unattended, which meant they splashed everyone and everything and didn't act much better when they had an adult with them. An employee did intervene. I would've prefered if the hotel would've blocked off a section of the hotel especially for them. If you aren't traveling with children of your own, why would you want to hear/see kids when you're near/in your room? Another aspect that I didn't favor was that the price placed on websites such as this didn't match what the price was at the hotel or the type of room available on the days I was to attend. I didn't book it online, where it was priced starting at $**. However, once I got to the hotel it cost over $*** and the room wasn't exactly what I wanted. So I would advise you to get in contact with the hotel to make sure you get exactly what you want. P.S. If you aren't planning on paying with a credit card bring $100 more to pay for the deposit when you check in. The receptionist wasn't really polite about it when we checked in and paid with cash. Soon they will no longer accept cash.
