The staff is so friendly, hotel shuttle was good and location was ok
It is an old hotel but its clean, the oldness can be felt everywhere, we took a cottage but the photo in the website where not what we saw actually; may be it was for the room at time of opening of the hotel or for another room not the one they gave us, we stayed one night and we had to move to another hotel; they offer us upgrade for free but we where already booked another hotel. The bed cover and lining is old and uncomfortable, the toilet was not comfortable although it was clean, the safe-box is very small and the door of the room is very old and we didn’t feel secure, the tv is old. Breakfast is not a buffet but it was good taste.
we undertook many tours, which we arranged prior to arriving at Chaing Mai
We stayed in a bungalow, and I was aware from other visitors reviews that they were in need of renovation. This certainly true, but the surrounding grounds are fine. The hotel is further from the centre than I had realised.
Staff were helpfull. The bungalow was clean and spacious. Most importantly it was steadily quiet (away from the hustle and bustle of Chiang Mai) The pool was lovely. Our initial booking was for one week we ended up staying two.
Food was ok not great. Room service though!!
the staff was so nice it s excellent to relax and the shuttle is goodexcellent breakfast and music band
the price for a suite is a bit too much i was disappointed because i was expecting a bungalow not too far from the pool but i will definitely chose this hotel again with a bungalow for the excellent service of staff and the pool and the greenery very relaxing hotel
The staff is very nice.
the peace and tranquility , the beautiful gardens, the friendly helpfull staff and the speration from thye frenzied activity of the city.
I think the bathroom in the unti should be upgraded, a shower that pionts at your navel is not very convenient.
quiet location with regular shuttle bus to the city centre
friendly crew, cottage tidy and comfortable, easy access from super highway but tricky from the train station.
Lovely green surroundings and cozy looking colonial style bungalows
Very old on closer inspection and not within walking distance of the town and shopping areas
I really liked the country cottage setting of the hotel. The pictures seen in the websites from other tourists are largely representative of the true state of the property. Although the actual property is smaller than I expected, but it is also beautifully small and greatly managed. For the very reasonable fees that I paid through booking.com, I am truly grateful for the experience and value.
