Located on the Magnificent Mile, and on top of Water Tower Place, this is a luxurious place to stay. The rooms and suites are comfortable and are very well lit with large windows, from which you can see the Chicago skyline, with the Superior and Deluxe rooms being a little more spacious. The restaurant here serves food of a very high quality, and with a constantly changing menu, there is plenty to choose from. The bar and dessert lounge are fantaistic places just to have a drink or dessert and the lobby is very impressive. Many people come to the hotel just to eat or drink here. There is also an extensive list of fine wines. There is an exclusive Spa, where you can have a wide variety of beauty treatments and also an indoor heated lap pool. The staff here are very professional, helpful and offer an outstanding level of customer service. A 5 star hotel that lives up to its expectations.
