very friendly staff are courteous I'm very helpful
everything was just fine on nothing in particular that we didn't like
Rude customer service from the hotel manager, was charged 9$ for a hand towel BEFORE CHECKOUT! none of the appliances in the hotel work and when i asked if they could bring me working items, it was a no you can go to the breakfast room which is on the end
Even had I paid alot more for this room...I would have given the same ratings...I was really happy that it was away from the main freeway just enough to be nice and quiet. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and professional. Nice clean room!
Not really...there was some chipping off the walkway in front of our room that needed repair but that did not deter from our visit being great. We arrived very late and they took very good care of us.
The room was very clean and bigger than expected.
The noise from the highway was constant but it does sit on Hwy. 287 which is the main highway between Amarillo and D/FW.
Price was good for area, room was better than expected, large, clean, good amenities.
Big thing was poor internet. It came and went through my stay and in morning it was out completely. Pool was very small and made smaller by being overcrowded with plastic chairs. Hot tub jets don't really work.
Cost, friendly staff.
Since the doors open outside to the parking lot it was loud. Tile in the bathroom was dirty.
Ya know? This is an old Super 8 in a small town, on the HWY. Expectations weren't that high. We were pleasantly surprised. The rooms, while dated, were very clean. The LCD TV was HUGE compared to what you find in similar places. 42' or 46.'
The Bed and the TV were great.
B'Fest was OK but they need better coffee, (Dark Roast)
The price and the breakfast.
TV was hard to use. Direct TV .
I was very impressed with this motel. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Quiet area of town.
The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. Breakfast was good as well.
1. Room keys repeatedly malfunctioned. 2. Staff indifferent to the point of rudeness. 3. Comfortable, clean room. 4. Good value. 5. Convenient location for my purposes. 6. Breakfast not nearly as good as in the past.
Everything was average except cleanliness. Towels were stained and other cleanliness issues. Of course, it was noisy in the morning as those leaving for work use their remotes to noisily open their vehicles. Breakfast was small but had the waffle maker that worked. If you find yourself in Childress, I would say this place is okay for laying your head if you get a good rate.
This motel was just OK. Very noisy. We have found better accommodations for the money in town that this motel.
It was ok for the money, nothing special, but at least cheap. I was happy about hte internet access.
The rooms were very nice, newer property. the staff was great and the prices were in my budget. I'll stay everytime I go to Childress
We stayed here for a few days and it was great. Staff was friendly and hotel was well taken care of.
the rooms were clean and staff was friendly. I'll stay again
The staff was great, the rooms were big and clean, and the prices were great.
