Free printer service if you ever need to print something off e-mail or internet.Nice clean place, reasonable price. I like the atrium because there was the nice waterfall and the whole layout is very tropical, rain forest setting. The staff were friendly.
The room that I had was comfortable and quiet.
I did not like the location in that it was located at the far west side of Chilliwack. My preference was to have been in the downtown area.I had no complaints other than the location. It was quiet, clean and comfortable. Unless you want to limit yourself to the amenities provided by the hotel and a Tim Horton's across the parking lot, you absolutely need a car as the location is on the outskirts of town.
Close to fishing, comfortable beds
my key card kept failing. First time it was because the clerk didn't enter the right dates. The other times no one knew why, but even when it was working I had to slide it numerous times. Staff were not helpful in fixing this and offered no compensatioClean, comfortable beds, nice atmosphere.
The inner courtyard was really nice.
The pool and the restaurant both empty into the inner courtyard so it was loud in our room which faced the courtyard.Only there one night and it did its job. It's in rough area of town and there was security walking the building at night but we saw and heard nothing unusual. Older hotel that could use and update, they are building an elevator, but again for what we paid through Priceline it was well worth it.
Front Desk PersonIt was fine, the lady at the front desk was not very pleasant, almost seemed to resent the fact I booked through priceline. Did not have reservation when I came in and made me wait till it came through to her even though I had confirmation on my smart phone which I showed her.
This is an older hotel, so rooms are larger than many of the newer, skimpy hotel rooms. There were sinks in the room, which was a nice touch.Hotel is kept in very good repair and is very clean. All staff we encountered were professional and courteous.
It is a little far from most shopping, restaurants, etc in Chilliwack. Had to drive.Large, well-appointed rooms. Very clean. Staff professional, polite and accommodating. Lounge, track betting, liquor store, and 2 restaurants on-site. Tim Hortons steps away. Great Value for the money.
Room was SUPER CLEAN!! As was the pool area!!
A drawback to this hotel was the live music flowing from the onsite pub friday and saturday nights in the hotel. I would stay here again but request a room that did not face the atrium area. Also, no fridge in the room was hard travelling with kidsThis hotel is easy access off the highway and close to all attractions. Front desk staff are very knowledgeable of the area and very helpful. Was also nice having a Tim Horton's in the parking lot!!!
