Cons: Kayak does not share contact info with China Airlines, consequently China airlines did not contact us of a day delay until we arrived at the airport. After arriving at a layover there was no gate info until 20 minutes before boarding. 3 gate changes later we are still delayed with little information. China Airlines phone customer service (10 phone calls with no answer and disconection) website and customer service in person is disorganized and non-communicative. kayak has also proven its lack of connection to our travel plans considering I am responding to a "how was your flight," email while I am currently stuck half way with no foreseen corrections. This is not to mention I was receiving "your flight is on time" emails from Kayak while my flight was very delayed. China Airlines failed; Kayak customer service failed.
