The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. The selection of food at the continental breakfast was impressive.
This is at least a 3-star hotel, definitely a perfect 10 considering it's rated as a 2.5 star.
No negatives for this hotel, all positives.
Clean and friendly staff.
Wish I knew the pool was opened from renovations, still an excellent stay.
The breakfast and friendly staff
Staff were all helpful, cheerful and enthusiastic. We never passed a person on the Country Inn team that didn't ask us if they could help or how our stay was.
The only negative was it was a little farther from Ft Campbell than we would have preferred.
Nice hotel with clean rooms and great breakfast.
Did not have a room wiht two beds. We should be able to make that choice on the Express deals.
The atmosphere and large public spaces, the breakfast. The room while a bit small was quite comfortable and well supplied
Beds were comfortable. Room was clean and attractive.
I could find nothing on their website about pets. We have a small dog and was not told dogs were not allowed till the end of the booking. We should have stayed at a La Quinta. Will not stay here again because of their hidden but strict no pet policy.
Very Nice rooms;
Upon check in they mentioned the pool, but did not mention the fact the hottub was being serviced
The hotel staff was extremely accommodating and provided a solution to issues with television not working properly and the odor of cigarette smoke. The pillows and bed were very comfortable.
The smell of cigarette smoke still exists in the smoke-free hotel. I was given a can of air freshener to neutralize it. The gym could use some upgrades - size of a closet. Breakfast was not good. microwave hot breakfast.
very uncomfortable bed
Nice hotel at a decent price, good location, everything is nearby.
Equipment in workout room didn't work right and one piece made a god awful noise while using it. Hot tub was closed when I went and the pool is very small.
It seemed to be well-managed. The staff was attentive, housekeeping was prompt.
At times it was a little difficult to make a left turn onto the main highway from the parking lot.
Comfortable, clean beds. Above average free breakfast. Good water pressure in shower, and plenty of hot water.
Not really. We didn't have time to use the pool, but it seemed somewhat on the diminutive size. Hardly worth mentioning. Only one desktop PC in the 'Business center,' but again, I wasn't there to use the computer.
Noisy. Tiny Pool. Parking on side on hotel. Unusual breakfast one day. No hot water one shower.
Clean rooms. Nice beds. Located right off interstate.
I cannot say enough good things about my 6 night stay at Country Inn Suites - from arrival to departure everything from the room to the food to the staff was top notch. In the future when I travel, I will book with this establishment every time if there is one in the area I'm going.
This Hotel should not have the name Country Inn and Suites on the sign. This is by far the worst one I have ever stayed at. The lobby is misleading. It looks like it has been remodeled, but the rooms have not. The carpet in room has holes and tears. The room smelled and was very outdated. The kitchenette said it was supposed to have a full sized refrigertor, but was only a half size that did not cool properly. The floor was sticky in the little kithchen area. Wireless Internet very slow. I would never stay at this hotel again, and I like Country Inn and Suites usually.
The hot tub was closed; that was a little disappointing but not a big deal. The hotel staff was great to work with and always made you feel like they should - a valued guest at their hotel. I would recommend this hotel and will be staying here again in the future.
Our check-in went smoothly. The lobby and breakfast area are nice. The lobby and halls smelled clean. The security door at the side of the buliding was duct-taped so that it opened w/o the key card...not safe. Lots of luggage trolleys. Vanity was marble, bathroom was nice and clean. However, the bed spreads were very old and worn. We walked into our room and smelled an awful musty almost sour smell. The wallpaper was falling off 2 of the 4 walls. There was black mold behind the gaping paper on the window wall, the border was hanging down several feet along the wall above the beds. It was clearly major water damage. We asked to move to a different room and the gal at the front desk was very helpful. She appologized and gave us a room up one floor and over one room from the first. The smell was better in the 2nd room, the paper was sagging on the window wall but the rest of the walls were fine. Still, there was mold visible in the wall paper seams. I couldn't stay there with my 4yr old and 10mo. old, didn't think it was safe for them. Maybe some rooms have been redone, it appears the bathrooms and TVs are new. I'd expect the severe water damage to be a bigger priority, it can't be safe to stay in the damaged rooms! All carpet (in rooms, halls and lobby on floors 1 & 2) looked pretty un-clean. Front desk gal was helpful when we chose to stay in a different hotel. This hotel is not up to par. I almost always choose Country Inn and Suites and was really surprised at the state of this hotel. Not worth the price they are asking...nowhere near the right price.
We really enjoyed ourselves, and the pool was very warm and relaxing, the kids had a blast, we would stay again. the hotel was quiet and the staff very friendly!!!
Looked good at first. Jacuzzi room - awoken twice by adjacent room plumbing running through jacuzzi with loud gurgling sound. Changed rooms next day. When a/c not running & fan only, this non-smoking room smelled of stale cigarettes, very stuffy & nasty. Shower heads barely let out any water. Night staff rude to the point of obnoxious.
