We were told 3 days before our trip that there was no vehicle in the size that we needed available. We appreciated their honesty. We received a call the next day that a van became available but someone had smoked in the van and they were trying to air it out for us. The day we picked up our rental, another van had become available, which we were glad to see. However, someone had also smoked in that van too. All the seats were covered in a layer of cigarette ash. We shared with the staff that the new car smelled like smoke and was dirty. They offered to wipe down the seats, but we knew that the smell would not just evaporate with wiping down the seats. We took the van to the car wash and had to pay to have it cleaned. Even the manager at the car wash was surprised because he knows we are not smokers and couldn't believe the smell. We were taking our parents, who are older and more sensitive, on this trip. We had to purchase air fresheners to try and cover up the smell. Our whole trip we had to drive with the heat on full blast (February trip) and the windows open. Our clothes, suitcases, even food tasted like smoke from being in that car. We usually have had great experiences with Enterprise but were super disappointed by this last one.10.0 Wonderful

The time the vehicle had to be picked up and dropped off could've been better for me. The hours of operation mattered because I had to pick up the vehicle in enough time to reach my destination and return on time.10.0 Wonderful

Showed up at 10:00 to pick up my car (to head to VT for the funeral of my best friend)...and was told 'they are closed' by person in adjoining business. Ended up not being able to locate a car nearby and had to use my own car (which is not in the best shape) for a 4 hour drive there and back. Do not understand why the owner could not have called me since, in order to get there (& back), I needed a Lyft. Be sure to CONTACT this location via phone before heading out or you might have a problem.9.6 Wonderful

Appreciated that the 'flaws' on the car were identified on paperwork when car was picked up. Transaction was handled quickly and we were on our way in no time!! Car was in great shape; very clean and good mileage (Nissan Versa). No hassle using a debit card!!Cons:
Only issue was that I could not leave my car in the area for the weekend that I was gone. At another location (Clifton), you could park on the street nearby, vehicle was safe and no hassle of needing a second driver.10.0 Wonderful

The car was great but the service as always at the Montclair location was the best. She is honest and upfront about fees and charges, knows all the details and can make helpful recommendations. And she knows her cars. She made the somber trip to a funeral so much less of a hassle and it was a less difficult day.Cons:
