Good car. Pleasant staff.Cons:
Pick up process was slower than expected. Car had stale smoke smell which wasn’t obvious when we picked it up because they had drowned it in a sickening sweet air freshener. Soon as that wore off, the smoke smell was there.9.2 Wonderful

This was my very first time renting a car ever. I was very nervous about it, but thought it was my best option. So, I reserved the car online and called the Jackson Airport Enterprise to confirm that I would pickup and drop off at the airport. After being assured that was right, I tried to relax; but when I got to Jackson to pick up my rental, I was told I would have to pay for a taxi to go pickup my car. This would cost $30 to pick up and $30 to get back to airport after drop off. Then I couldn't count on making my flight. My other option was to pay an additional $70 to get a car at the airport. I agreed to the $70 since now I'm feeling stranded. Then the clerk wouldn't let me pay ahead with my debit and place a deposit on my credit card. He insisted I pay at pick up. When I arrived to return the car, Enterprise wasn't even open. My flight left at 6 a.m. so I had to accept that they would charge my credit card. I don't like credit and really prefer to pay as I go. Now, I'm left watching for the charge to show up on my statement to make sure they don't overcharge me. The stress continues...6.4 Okay

They didn't have the car ready, there was personal belongings of the previous driver still in the car. Also, the car needed some maintenance(an alignment). I generally don't have any problems with Enterprise!U-Save

Never got a car, so nothing to like.Cons:
I was sent to a pick up location that had been closed for years. Had to travel 10 miles to another location, then told I wasn’t in their system so no car available. Thank goodness Budget was right next door.10.0 Wonderful

The car itself was nice and drove well.Cons:
I selected the Lakeland Dr office on the map and completed the reservation process. Unfortunately, I did not read the confirmation. Went to pick up the car at the Lakeland Dr and they did not have reserv. The reserv was at a site 20 min away, which was not on map when I selected!2.0 Poor
