The staff was friendly and helpful.
The walls are very thin meaning you are able to hear the people on the next room and outside in the hallways.
The staff is rude. Especially the lady that checkede in. I was givin any room. I was not able to get a suite because she said for the price I paid was to cheap. When I order through price line it does not give me the option to choose what rooms I prefer. She was rude and loud telling the price I paid.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast, for being free, was much better than expected, and the room was very clean.
The room was excellent. Access to the rooms is very easy with operational elevator
There was no electric outlets near the reading table. Two outlets were below the bed-head and the other was behind the TV. No electric outlet was made available for use with the computersGenerally, it was an excellent experience.
pet friendlyNo problems-neat and clean. The free breakfast is wonderful! All hotels should give their guests this fine free convenience.
No TV on the first day, I called the Front desk and all she had to tell me was that it was the satellite malfunction. She was very indifferent and thank God that the Concierge on the following day listened to me and gave me a new room
The location was super close to the college. It was difficult to get into unless you were on the same side of the street.
One elevator broke down first night and never worked after. Clothes left in the closet of last guest. Could have been a little cleaner, but still cleaner then most. Breakfast room crowded to small an area.
I loved that they had a shuttle to the University of Maryland, College Park. They dropped us off promptly, and picked us up anywhere on the Campus!
No.The Staff at the Hotel was super friendly, and very accommodating. The room we were in was very quiet and clean. We were in the middle of a big storm that was hitting the North East. We lost power a couple of times, but the back up generators came on right away.
It was a good experience staying in this Comfort inn though rooms were not all that clean
Room where we stayed was not a very well kept room & not very clean
