Clean, convenient location.
No way to sleep with the booming Indian music pounding into my room from 11pm until 1:30am.I was checking it out as a possible site for my large extended family to stay during an upcoming wedding. Everything was fine except for the fact that despite seeming to be a very gracious and friendly man, the man at the front desk that night, Mr. Patel, was utterly incapable of stopping the music that prevented my sleep. He should have come to my room to determine its source. Instead he determined that the room above mine was vacant and that no one responded to his knocking on another door. The music stopped for about 10 minutes once, replaced by a talk show (in some Indian language) and then the music resumed. I was much too tired to ask to be given another room. My messages to the front desk the next morning, and my online comments, have gone unanswered. I expected to get at least a complimentary night in the future, or perha...
Great location and was very clean.
The pillows were flimsy and I did not get king bed.The hotel good overall and morning clerk friendly; however, need to dress more professionally---this hurts the hotel's image.
Bad juice was watered down to much.fair, I would not stay there again.
Location was good, we were going to the Comcast Center for UMUC graduation and this was a good spot.
Front desk receptionist lacked personality, seemed like we were bothering her. Not very friendly.Rooms were clean, we only stayed for a couple of nights, no problems with the room. Room 416 did have an issue with the air conditioner not working properly but we managed.
The room smelled like a dirty musty lockeroom with a dirty carpet. Each time I worked into it room.Very comfortable room just smelled. My stay was comfortable!
