They said they didn't have a shuttle from air port and one is parked in drive way.It was a neat place old historic.
The rooms are very dirty, old and tattered.This is my second time here, the room is actually disgusting.
Toilet did not work properly. Bathtub had a slow drain.curtains would not close.room smelled like mildew.room was considerably too expensive. The room matched my experience with my car. I paid too much for poor quality.It was a terrible room that was too expensive. The toilet would not flush properly. A hotel staffer had taken the stop out of the bathtub drain because it was slow. It remained slow. The room smelled of midew and the halls smelled too. Perhaps there was a flood? They had not vacuumed before we arrived; There was a lot of lint on the floor. The curtains only closed one third on each side so we got an early blast of sun in the morning. The cabinet was pretty dinged up and the wall paper was peeling in the bathroom. Since Priceline ripped me off on my rental car, I realized the futility of trying to get any help with any of this. I was embarassed in front of my son, but I realized nothing could or would...

This time, I had a room in the main building, which appears to be far nicer than the rooms in the back building. I have stayed at this hotel previously several times.
Room service food is not picked up and just sits around in the hallways.This time, I had a very good experience at the Clarion but it is definitely not a hotel that is consistent with their rooms and their service.
I use to stay at that Hotel years ago and it was a beautiful Hotel. While the bones are still there, it just needs to be upgraded
while I'm sure the maids did their jobs very well, the carpet needed to be cleaned. and the room smelled stuffy.

Checked in and was told we had a outside entrance room 3 star hotels dont have outside entrances felt unsafe dirty nastyWe asked for inside room was told non available so we left the property. I tried to contact price line and eventually sent an email to your website contact page. Of course nothing has been resolved or even a reply Our firm uses price line all the time and this was the first time a horrible hotel was rated this badly
The furniture are very very old . I think it is worth one star not five
