The room, the bathroom and linens were impeccable!! The pool and jacuzzi were also clean and at the right temperature.
Single elevator, can get busy (no big deal for a 3-story property though..). Very limited breakfast hot items.I am not sure if this is a new or a newly renovated property, but in any case I was very impressed by the quality of this little hotel particularly given the very affordable rate we paid. The room was one the cleanest we have stayed at and while not luxurious it had everything we needed including refrig, microwave oven and two small desks (made it easy for me and wife to work on our laptops at the same time). Breakfast was good in general, even if extremely limited in the hot items (only eggs and sausage); but there were plenty of other 'continental' type options. The distance to downtown Lancaster may be a deterrent to some but it was a very easy 15 min drive straight down Rt 462 (really not a big deal) right into the ...
people were nice and rooms clean
The distance to Lancaster. A few miles further than I would have liked. A great price changed that. The overall hotel experience was satisfying. We did not use the pool or gym but having free coffee was a plus. They had a continental breakfast but we ended up going out for meals.
Very nice, clean room and helpful staff. Good location.Very nice breakfast with a nice area to eat the breakfast. Staff was friendly and accomadating.
Breakfast and very helpful and cordial reception desk
not near restaurants
The staff and the excellent breakfast.
I had to change rooms because there was a very strong smell of mildew as soon as I walked into the first room. I was moved quickly and with no fuss.
This hotel was very clean, in the common areas as well as the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The pool/hot tub area should be open till 11pm. It would have been nice to be able to relax in there after our long day in LancasterOverall our stay was very pleasant. The beds were extremly comfortable, the rooms were spotless and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I would definatly recommend this hotel to a friend, and we will stay here again when visiting the Lancaster area.
I like the price and the locatio for the price was decent.
It did not seem as clean as I would have liked. Maintenance on the property was lacking. On the last night of our stay, the hotel's fire alarm went off at 1 am. While I am glad that the system worked and went off for our safety, management never informed of us what happened or even advised that we could come back inside the building. It wasn't handled as well as it could have been. I am not complaining that the alarm went off, but rather how it was handled by management after it went off.
The breakfast was great and the staff was very helpful. We wanted to stay in after traveling all day and they got us menus for local restaraunts that delivered. Our room was very large and kept well. Clean and comfortable beds as well!
Nothing. The hotel was in great condition, breakfast was really good and there were a lot of hot and cold food options. The staff was friendly and accomodating. The hotel is 10-20 minutes from Lancaster attractions which was fine, the area is spread out so this will be the case for most hotels in the area. We liked the hotel and our room was huge, we would definitely stay here again!
Very friendly staff. Was very helpful.
Room was dirty is plan to see places and housekeeping didn't clean it. They just did the bare minimum. Also the bed spread had melted holes in it like someone was smoking on it and flicked ashes on it.Over all was alright but not up to standards of other places I have stayed.
