The staff was always kind, helpful and pleasant! I received help with connecting to WIFI and a staff person actually checked my car fluid!!
I had a great stay. I had no problems.
The front desk people were very helpful in setting up multiple rooms for our wedding guests.. He was awesome! The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Love the pillow selection.
The road traffic was loud in some rooms. Neighboring rooms had some loud guests. The walls are too thin.
The price was right. The beds were comfortable.
I like that the hotel is fairly quiet. All the amenities are easily accessible. Staff is friendly and helpful. There are stores and restaurants nearby.
This was my 2nd stay. The first visit was 'just ok' for the money but I decided to give it a 2nd chance. I have decided not to stay at this hotel anymore. The walls between bathrooms are paper thin and listening to my neighbor urinate was the last straw!
everything was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable
The size of the room was excellent. The public spaces were very clean and well maintained. The room was also very clean. The bed was very comfy. Lot of pillows. Liked the automatic lights. Would definitely stay there again if I had the opportunity.
The staff were great and the rooms were clean.
It was clean, quiet, good breakfast
The room, the bathroom and linens were impeccable!! The pool and jacuzzi were also clean and at the right temperature.
Single elevator, can get busy (no big deal for a 3-story property though..). Very limited breakfast hot items.
people were nice and rooms clean
The distance to Lancaster. A few miles further than I would have liked. A great price changed that.
Very nice, clean room and helpful staff. Good location.
Breakfast and very helpful and cordial reception desk
not near restaurants
I like the price and the locatio for the price was decent.
It did not seem as clean as I would have liked. Maintenance on the property was lacking.
I have been staying here for a few years and normally everything is great, but this year was not good. I was not greeted at the front desk upon my arrival because Sheryl was too busy smoking to be bothered (even though she saw me waiting there). She continued here fantastic service by telling me I couldn't check in because my room wasn't ready. Then she copped an attitude because I didn't have the card I reserved the room with (it was pre-paid) and just wanted to argue. I couldn't get to my room quick enough. It didn't stop there. Later that evening on my way to dinner, I checked with the front desk again since someone else was working. I asked for a late checkout which I have always been given in the past. With a lifeless look, all she could do was shake here head no, finally speaking after I quipped about striking out. She had a similarly poor and rude attitude, so I just walked out. Apparently, the property owner doesn't care about hiring qualified people or providing the proper training. Both of these situations could have still resulted the same, but been handled so much more tactfully. I will gladly pay more and stay further away to stay elsewhere next year because I will not be coming back.
One of the most important factors for me when choosing a hotel is the pool. The pool is very nice and not at all crowded, but did not open until 12pm. This means the day you are checking out a swim is impossible because checkout is 11am. There is never a life guard on duty and pool is in full view of the front desk clerk, I think they could be more reasonable with the hours. So my family will not stay here again.
