I Loved the space and cleanliness of the hotel. The lobby and kitchen area is fairly large and comfortable. The rooms were very clean and AC was very strong so it was nice and cool.
The staff. One of the staff members were extremely rude and disrespected our guests. We had over 60 people from all over the U.S come stay due to a wedding. They placed a sign saying we can not extend our checkout time and we must leave by 11am.
Room was only nice part of hotel
Hotel ran out of bath towels because they were full. Unacceptable. Breakfast was really bad. Small circular egg discs. Bannanas were way past ripe. Small blank foam Coffee cups with no mention of Wyndham brand. Can't believe this could be a coporate owned
The room was spacious, it had a fridge and the bed was comfortable.
The hall carpet was dirty and stained and should have been repladed.
the nice room
the egg puck at breakfast
Easy to reach from the freeways, clean, quiet, and friendly employees.
The breakfast choices were meager.
The king size bed was too comfortable and the rooms are very spacious
The morning breakfast needs more variety
Location , staff was nice
Pillows too smal, coffee maker didn't work, breakfast was gross, no toaster for bread. Shower pressure low, didn't replace coffee maker until 3rd call.
The room was nice, but not clean. I have pictures and had to get my own sheets because hair was all over the sheets.
Customer service was HORRIBLE!! They were not accommodating at all! Breakfast buffet ran out before 8am...it was just horrible!! They still have not refunded the incidental fee to my card either!!
Friendly staff and clean nice spacious room. Excellent hotel for the price.
We definitely didn't have a bad experience
Was not advised of incident $50 fee..didn't have enough to for the fee. My room was already paid for and they did not let me stay!!! Drove 69+ miles for nothing... Never again
Convenient location to our travel plans.
Room was small in comparison to the Holiday Inn across the street.
Great location and comfortable quiet hotel. Overall I would stay again if I needed a hotel in the area. Staff was nice and gave us coupons for free appetizer.
Breakfast wasn't exciting but had the basics, cereal, fruit, fake eggs, instant grits, coffee.
Great clean hotel.
The location was great
The young lady in charge of the breakfast was unhelpful.
It was very convenient and affordable. Great location.
Not too far from FT Jackson, clean, steps lead up to TX Roadhouse so dinner/drinks was easy.
Pool could use more screen. Didn't feel very private.
Small standard bed, I was locked out of my room after my 1st night, could not change to King Bed, rude reception & rude General manager, & they charged me $100 for bloody sheets that did not come from my room.
bed needs a new mattress
The location was great and accomadations were ok.
The breakfast was not the greatest as well as having a rather poor selection. The room was good, but one can hear everything going on in ajoining rooms. Not just when people are loud, but normal interactions were easy to hear.
The bathroom had mold on the shower curtain and hair around the bathtub
Hair in bed.toenails on floor. Hair in shower, trains pass every 15-20mins. I called front desk to ask about the frequency of the trains she chuckeled. Baby crying all nite. Got locked out at 445am bCus I went to my car. I had to walk around the building
My sheets had stains on them and when I ask if they could be changed I was told no because they could not leave the front desk. They changed my room three times. The bathroom had hair all over the tub an floor and the towels and washcloths had stains
Service could and should have been better. Also I am 6' 4' 210 lbs and I was put in a room with bed for a person about 5' 5' 150lbs. They wouldn't change for me .
Grealook! Clean, modern, and Great Breakfast.
Internet was hard to connect.
The hotel is located in a great location, and there are different restaurants to choose from nearby.
The breakfast could have been better.
Staff was nice
the matress was horrible very difficult to sleep. The sink had a crack it in and leaked. When our room was cleaned towels were not replaced and our room was still dirty.
The location to the events that brought us to Columbia.
The customer service was not good. Linen and bedding were dirty with blood stains.
The thing I liked best about this hotel was the the tv clarity. yes, sad to say the tv had great clarity and was clean.
My first night staying at the wingate in Columba,South Carolina was okay, the next morning EVERYTHING FROM THE 'COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFEST WAS GONE' the next two days the same. I would have asked for a 3 start with no breakfast, for a better enviro. for a 14
The room was comfortable and quiet aside from the roaches
There were roaches in the room in which I do have photos
Cleanliness of hotel was excellent and so was the continental breakfast.
The toilet needs to be changed, It is too low for seniors and the water level is too high for males. It is not fun to have your gonads touching the water, Also there is a continuous low pitch vibration in the evening that makes it difficult to sleep.
Location to Ft Jackson and the staff was friendly
Toilet in the room was not flushed upon arrival
Room was clean
Could not check in until 4pm. I have never seen that before.
Not having to stay there.
Creepy crawlys. Getting eaten by them, one tiny bite at a time.
