The valet parking was very speedy! Our car was always ready when we requested it.comfortable beds good location loved the restaurant for breakfast
Room was clean and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff.I went Columbus, OH for the Arnold Classic in March. Upon arrival I was informed that the hotel had overbooked for my first night's stay and that I would be put up at another hotel (The Westin about 4.5 miles away). They would pay for all of my hotel fees for my first night as well as parking ($20) the next day. This is the reason why I am rating the hotel 8/10 despite everything else being fantastic. On my second night back at the Blackwell, they upgraded my room to an executive loft, which was swanky. The hotel provided all necessary amenities (towels, soap, toothbrush, etc.). The room and sheets were all very clean. The staff, which appeared to be made up of mostly OSU students, was very friendly and helpful. My overall experience was very good.
