Clean room. Plush towels. Comfortable bed.
Only one person on staff at night, so unable to leave desk top meet a pressing need.
The staff are always great. I've stayed here four times over the last three years and have had good experiences with staff each time.
This trip the elevator on the end of the building we were staying in was out of order which was a pain but not something I would complain much about.
