Great handicap parking.
I didn't like the filthy carpets, and the bugs in the room.
The hotel was pleasant and convenient for my my one-night stay
Nothing was lacking
the bed was super comfortable and the breakfast was substantial.
i found the bathroom had an odour to it!!! almost a urine smell and yet it was very clean.
The location and price were suitable for my purposes.
Traffic noise from the highway next to the Inn.
hotel was close to the theatre
the housekeeping walked in on us at 8am saturday morning thought we werent in and woke us up. They did appologize
The location is great, easy to find. The staff who worked the front desk were the best of any we encountered this trip. access to skytrain was another feature we appreciated.
The close proximity to my destination
Convenient to where our workshop was (Port Coquitlam) wireless Internet service was very useful
Though we booked months in advance it was not recorded at the Hotel It was a good that I had retained the booking information from online
Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Very good continental breakfast. Room was clean and functional. Good value for the money.
The previous time we stayed there, we were initially given room 213. It stank of cigarette smoke, which my wife and I are very sensitive to. The desk clerk moved us to a better room without the problem. This time we were given 211, which was OK but still had overtones of old smoke. There was a cigarette burn in the couch. Obviously some of these rooms used to be smoking allowed, and I would suggest you be careful who you assign them to, if there are better rooms available.
The location was very good as it was close to the freeway and shopping district.
We were on the second floor and the people above us were up about 5:30 am and we could hear every footstep, every creak in the floor and every move and sound they made. They left for about half an hour at 6:30 and we thought that they had checked out. They came back and banged around for another 20 minutes and then left. This was a Saturday morning. The floors were extremely squeaky. If you want a good sleep, I would not recommend this hotel. I told the front desk in the morning and they said "oh well, people do get up early..."
